any metal such as Brass, Copper , Aluminum , Zinc , and Lead
etc. of which we are specialized to produce them exclusively
from Brass Metal only. Battery Terminals should be produced
in such a way that it should not have rough surface with sharp
edges, heavy burrs etc. Otherwise it will damage the Wire
which can cause short circuit leading to mishaps & tragedies.
Beside Automobiles , Battery Terminals are also used in various
electrical applications Such as Invertor Batteries.
Material: Free Cutting Brass
IS 319 (I) or BS 249 (I) or any High Grade for Turning Process
& IS 4413:CZ131 for Forging Process Battery Terminals.
Apart, Any special Brass Material Composition as per custom
requirement. Bolt, Nut or accessories can be made out of brass
or steel.
Sizes & Types: Angle Type,
Strip Type, Lucas Type & Marine Type battery terminals
are the four basic types. Heavy, Medium & Small variants
are encompassed in Angle & Strip type where as in Lucas
type the sizes are coming as 9.5mm, 11mm & 13mm. Marine
Type is available as per custom demand & design which
comes with Stud & Wing Nut. However any specific type
or sizes can be developed as per custom design.
Finish: Natural, Nickel, Tin
or any coating as per custom specification.
